ChatGPT Users Can Browse Apartments.com Listings in New Plug-In

Renters can search for an apartment and browse Apartments.com listings directly through ChatGPT, thanks to a new third-party plug-in now available within the popular AI platform.

When enabled in ChatGPT, the Apartments.com plug-in displays detailed property information, including photos, floor plans, pricing information, and fees.

“Renters now have access to the most comprehensive rental search experience available today within ChatGPT,” said Stuart Richens, vice president of product of Apartments.com.

In addition to viewing property and unit information, users can also connect with leasing teams directly through Apartments.com listings in ChatGPT. Available actions include calling a property, sending a message, and scheduling a tour.

The Apartments.com integration within ChatGPT expands the ways renters can search for rental residences. By surfacing Apartments.com’s comprehensive property listing information in ChatGPT's conversational interface, it allows users to ask questions and refine their searches within a single experience.
