March Madness is over, but the celebrations are just starting. In honor of the biggest basketball event of the year, Apartments.com awarded prizes to 13 lucky winners in its basketball-themed March Bradness giveaway. Ten communities won a party for their residents, while three onsite staff members scored the opportunity to watch their favorite team play live.
Meet the first-place winners
Ten communities across the country emerged as champions. Each winner received a cool grand from Apartments.com to throw their residents a party, along with basketball-themed swag for added game day fun. Here are the first-place winners who scored a party for their communities:
