Apartments.com closed out the season with a splash, awarding a dozen lucky winners with summer prizes to celebrate. As part of the Summer Splash giveaway that ran through the month of August, 10 apartment communities across the country received a cool grand to throw their residents an onsite party, while two property managers scored a dream vacation.
A resident party to bid the season farewell
What better way to say goodbye to summer than with a fantastic resident party? Ten apartment communities won $1,000 to throw their residents a super summer bash:

But that wasn’t all. Two grand prize winners scored a dream vacation worth $5,000.
Mariana Carrillo is the assistant property manager of Broadstone at River Oaks in Dumfries, Virginia. One of two lucky winners, she scored a fully paid vacation to the destination of her choice — including airfare, accommodation, and more.
The other grand-prize winner, Kami Casullo, of Jacksonville, Florida. The property manager at Arcona Grove will soon be setting off to enjoy a relaxing vacation courtesy of Apartments.com.
